Bits of Love is a digital product studio that creates intelligent, intuitive, lightning-fast applications, software, and SaaS platforms. Our clients expect tools and products that simply work: **fast**, **smart**, and with a great interface.

## **How will you shine?**

As a Full-Stack Developer, you handle all aspects of digital products that enhance efficiency and intelligence. You connect coding with user interface design, making sure our applications are both **user-friendly** and **robust**

You’ll join a supportive, tight-knit team with opportunities to develop and hone your skills. We’re not seeking a perfect candidate but someone **eager to learn**, loves problem-solving, and is goal-oriented.

**Your responsibilities**

- Building (web) applications and SaaS platforms that make a difference for our customers.
- Developing front-end and back-end (React, Node.js, TypeScript, APIs, middleware, databases).
- Enhance our projects with future-proof data hubs, AI automations, and external tools to deliver exceptional value.
- Always prioritize user experience or employee experience.
- Grow one or more areas of expertise aligned with your interests.
- Contribute to the architecture and future-proofing of our software.
- Actively shape our technical roadmap.
- Share knowledge during monthly dev meetings.
- Take ownership and lead aspects of our development team or roadmap.

##  Your Impact & Activities 

**What are we looking for in you?**

- Passionate about digital products that are simple and fast.
- A solution-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of front-end, back-end, and UX (or willingness to grow in these areas).
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn within a supportive team.
- A good fit with our family-like, informal atmosphere.
- Experience with React, TypeScript, Node.js, APIs, and databases (or ability to learn quickly).
- Familiarity with practices like version control (git), unit testing, documentation, CI, and dependency management.
- A ​“do good” mentality and drive to create social impact.
- Regular presence at our Bruges office.

**A significant advantage, but not an obligation:**

- React Native and mobile app experience
- Data analysis skills
- AI engineering or ML/AI background
- Business Analyst skills
