About Bits of Love
Bits of Love is a digital product studio that creates intelligent, intuitive, lightning-fast applications, software, and SaaS platforms. Our clients expect tools and products that simply work: fast, smart, and with a great interface
That’s why we’re looking for a (junior) Digital Strategy & Solutions profile: someone who loves to untangle complexity, structure ideas, and help shape the direction of digital products before they are designed or developed.
We’re not a corporate structure. We work lean, focusing intensely on quality, and believe in direct collaboration without unnecessary hierarchy. We aim for perfection and deliver software that is robust and bug-free.
At Bits of Love, we set the bar high and have the awards to prove it. At the same time, we value a relaxed, approachable culture with no room for“rockstar” egos. Alongside our commercial projects, we’re committed to making a social impact in healthcare and education through innovation.
Important ⚠️
- This is not a fully remote or international job.
- This position is open to all experience levels (not just junior profiles), but we want to see many examples where you’ve developed an idea from an open question into a successful digital concept.
About this job
As a Digital Strategy & Solutions profile, you’ll help define what we build and why.
You’ll work closely with our co-founders, project managers, designers and developers during the early phases of projects. You’ll structure input, document ideas, map out functional needs, and help shape the scope of digital products.
You don’t need to be an expert yet. We’re looking for someone with a sharp, analytical mind, strong writing skills, and a healthy obsession for structure and clarity. You’re not afraid of complexity, but you know how to make it digestible for others.
Importantly, your skill is in creatively turning open questions into targeted digital experiences, even when faced with tight constraints and limitations. These concepts must be based on previous examples and research on “what works”.
Your responsibilities
-
Helping to translate business needs into product scopes and digital strategies
-
Documenting client input and workshop results in clear, structured ways
-
Preparing Discovery & Define workshops
-
Assisting in creating wireflows, user flows, feature maps, and product documentation
-
Drafting presentation slides and first outlines for project teams
-
Spotting logic gaps, risks, and opportunities before the project kicks off
-
Helping the team align around the right goals and constraints
Your Impact & Activities
-
Passion for smart digital products and user-centric logic
-
Strong writing and communication skills (in both Dutch and English)
-
Solution-minded and not afraid to ask “Why?”
-
You love to organize, structure, and define
-
You work well with different experts — from designers to devs to project managers
-
Comfortable in client-facing moments (or willing to learn)
-
Basic experience with Figma, Miro or similar tools is a plus
-
You’re curious about UX, business analysis, strategy, and/or product thinking
-
You want to grow into a more senior strategy or solution architect role over time
-
Someone who likes to be in the office with us
A significant advantage, but not a must
-
Experience with design systems, UX deliverables, or product scoping
-
Knowledge of SaaS business logic or technical feasibility thinking
-
Affinity with education, healthcare or social innovation
-
A background in digital design, communication science, or IT consultancy
