2021 IAB MIXX Awards: Bits of Love & Club Brugge win “Best UX” award!
Every year, the Belgian Association of Marketing hands out awards to the best digital campaigns and experiences. We’re honoured to share that we’ve taken home the silverware for Best Digital User Experience with the official Club Brugge fan app!

Bits of Love is proud to announce that the official Club Brugge app has received the “Best Digital User Experience” award at tonight’s 2021 IAB MIXX Awards.
The panel of judges that oversaw the “Digital Design & UX” category, consisting of president Guido Goffeau (CCX), Katsuyuki Nagatani (Belfius), Annie Stewart (WONGDOODY Infosys), and Véronique Pirson (Minale Design Strategy) praised the app for its vast feature set, user-centric menus, and multidimensional navigation.
“The fact that the IAB chose us in the “Best UX” category is a significant recognition of the enormous challenges we faced throughout this project. Thanks to our rigorous and analytical approach, we were able to come up with creative new solutions that meet all the expectations of a mobile app.” said Andries De Reyghere, data visualisation expert & Managing Director at Bits of Love.
“The jury highlighted our measurable and direct impact on Club Brugge’s numbers and business. This once again clearly shows the importance of UX expertise in achieving tangible results with digital applications,” he concluded.

The Bruges-based digital product studio Bits of Love was responsible for the strategy, design, and development of the app for Club Brugge.
