#  From 7 to 20 Talentcenters: digital impact that scales 

**Good digital products don’t just scale in users. They scale their impact.**

A few years ago, we worked with Voka to turn an ambitious idea into a fully functioning digital experience: the **Voka Talentcenter**, helping young people discover their talents and make more informed study choices.

Today, that initiative is entering a new chapter.

The Flemish Government is investing further in the Talentcenters, expanding the network from **7 to 20 locations across Flanders**. From 2027 onwards, the ambition is to support up to **35,000 students every year**.

The first new pop-up Talentcenter recently opened in Oostende, with additional West-Flemish locations following in Ieper, Bruges and Roeselare.

## Technology behind a very human decision

Choosing what to study is a big decision, especially when you are still discovering what you are good at.

Together with Voka and its partners, we designed the service and developed the digital platform behind the Talentcenter. It brings together a range of practical, cognitive, motor and interest tests and translates the results into a personalised talent report for every student.

That required more than simply building software. We had to connect different tests, data and user journeys into one intuitive experience, while paying close attention to accessibility, privacy and the young people actually using it.

## Built to grow

Seeing the Talentcenter expand is particularly meaningful to us.

Scalability can sound like a purely technical concept. But this is what it can mean in practice: a digital product originally created for one Talentcenter can now help tens of thousands of young people across Flanders better understand their talents and the possibilities ahead of them.

For us, that is the kind of technology worth building.
